Prior to signing a contract a thorough investigation of the business is carried out. This can include financing negotiations, design or project changes.

3 Structuring of the acquisition & Start of market sounding investors

Once a decision to acquire a project has been made, roles and responsibilities are precisely defined in order to move forward in a professional manner. In this time the market sounding begins in order to gauge the interest of potential investors.

4 Request for financing offers

Investment property financing can take several forms, and there are specific criteria that borrowers need to be able to meet. Choosing the right financing structure helps ensure the success of your investment.

5 Regulation issues
